Supriya Radhakrishnan, Ph.D., is a dedicated UI/UX Designer at Crownstack since September 2023, where collaboration with the UX team and stakeholders has been essential for aligning designs with user needs and business objectives. Previously, Radhakrishnan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Baylor University from May 2016 to May 2021, focusing on extensive research data analysis to identify behavior patterns. Additionally, Radhakrishnan worked as an ABA Therapist at the Autism Center for Excellence from January 2015 to April 2016, developing personalized behavioral intervention plans that improved child performance and enhanced parent satisfaction. Radhakrishnan holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Baylor University, as well as a Master's degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Delhi University.
