Teresa Liaw has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Teresa is currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Transformation at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Crozer Health. Teresa also worked as the Vice President of Operational Finance at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. for over a year. Teresa'sprevious experience includes serving as the Vice President of Financial Operations / Interim CFO at Resolute Health and as the Associate Chief Financial Officer at Baptist Health System. Teresa has a strong background in financial analysis, operational improvement, and strategic planning in healthcare organizations.

Teresa Liaw graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2001. Teresa later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio in the years 2003-2005.
