Elfarina Zaid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and organizational development. As the Founder, CEO, and Human Growth Partner of Elf Coaching since November 2009, Elfarina aims to empower individuals to create positive impacts through innovative and engaging programs that blend Asian values with global practices. In addition to leading Elf Coaching, Elfarina serves as Managing Partner at CRR APAC, a Global Alliance Partner of CRR Global, and is a member of the CRR Global Faculty, focusing on relationship systems coaching. Elfarina also contributes to the Coaches Training Institute as a faculty member and works as a consultant and adjunct at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where leadership and talent empowerment are key areas of focus. With a strong educational background including a Master’s in Innovation from Singapore Management University and extensive training in coaching, Elfarina possesses a wealth of knowledge in facilitating leadership development across various sectors.
