Course Designer Course Leader Previous Head Of Faculty Development at CRR Global

From 1998 to 2012, Lori Shook worked as the owner of Prana Coaching and Training. In this role, they managed the company's operations and provided coaching and training services. Lori also served as a faculty member for The Coaches Training Institute, delivering coach training programs, training other trainers, and overseeing the quality of material and trainers. Additionally, they expanded CTI to 14 new countries as the International Expansion director from 2003 to 2007.

In 2008, they joined CRR Global as a course designer, course leader, and previous head of Faculty Development. Lori co-designed the Alchemy Co-Facilitation program, teaching people how to deliver experiential learning effectively.

In 2009, they started working as a trainer and course designer for Performance Consultants International, where they remained until 2014.

Since 2012, Shook has been working at Shooksvensen Ltd, where they serve as a coach, trainer, and consultant. Their focus areas include leadership and team development, as well as training coaches to use brain-based tools with their clients. All of their work is centered on neuroscience and systems thinking, delivered through experiential interactions and social learning.

In 2013, they also took on the role of author and designer for Coaches Going Corporate, an ICF accredited master coach blended learning program based on training videos.

Lori Shook, MCC, CPCC, ORSCC, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, completing their studies from 1982 to 1984. Lori further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering and Ocean Sciences from 1990 to 1991. In addition to their academic achievements, Lori has obtained numerous certifications in their field. Lori became a CoActive Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute in September 1997. Lori also holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in January 2001. Lori Shook has further certifications in Team Diagnostics and The Leadership Circle, but specific details regarding the institutions and dates of completion are unavailable.
