Esther Kosmella

Esther Kosmella is an experienced professional in clinical project management, currently serving as Team Lead Clinical Project Management and Deputy Teamlead Project Management at CRS Clinical Research Services since December 2022. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of Clinical Project Manager at CRS Clinical Research Services Berlin GmbH from August 2015 to October 2024. Experience includes serving as in-house Clinical Research Associate II and I at BIOTRONIK from April 2012 to July 2015, and working as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) at Pfizer from 2011 to 2012. Esther holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Clinical Trial Management from the University of Applied Science, Beuth Hochschule Berlin, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Hochschule Anhalt.
