Suparna Gharpure

Suparna Gharpure has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Suparna is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Crstl since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Lead Developer at Visitant, a comprehensive visitor management solution for enterprises, from October 2018 to July 2021.

Suparna also has experience as a Full-stack Developer in a consulting role from June 2017 to July 2021. Suparna specialized in Angular and Nodejs development, MySQL and MongoDB databases, and Flutter. Suparna worked on offline-first web applications, localization strategy, and database design.

Before their consulting role, Suparna served as the Founder of Jifi from August 2017 to December 2020. Jifi utilized AI to improve meeting efficiency and productivity. Prior to that, they were the Practice Head at Atidiv, responsible for driving outcomes in sales, marketing, and operations. Suparna managed key accounts, recruited leaders, created sales tracking systems, and conducted marketing initiatives.

Suparna also gained experience in the investment sector as an Associate at Guild Capital, where they evaluated pre-Series A investment opportunities in tech startups across the US and India.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Suparna worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from August 2014 to May 2016.

In addition to their professional experience, Suparna co-founded and served as the Technical Head at 24x7style.com for a brief period in 2012. Suparna also worked as the Manager of Web and Creatives at Techfest 2012, IIT Bombay, which is a science and technology festival.

Suparna Gharpure completed their education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. From 2009 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, from 2010 to 2013, they obtained a minor degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Industrial Design Center at IIT Bombay.
