Shawn Durnell has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT and sales sectors. Currently serving as the Network and Infrastructure Team Lead and IT Service Desk Manager at Cru since September 2006, Shawn oversees Help Desk and Desktop Service Technicians. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a System Administrator at Giving Hope, managing IT, travel, and administrative tasks from April 2004 to September 2006. Earlier experience includes positions as Territory Manager at US FoodService and Account Representative at Buchy Foods, both in sales roles from February 2000 to March 2003 and March 1995 to February 2000, respectively. Shawn holds a degree from The University of Toledo, attended from 1990 to 1993.
