Hayley Ward has held various marketing and leadership roles in companies such as CRU, EMAP, Informa, Business Monitor International, Euromoney Institutional Investor, Metal Bulletin, PBI Media, and Phillips Business Information. Their experience includes positions such as Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Brand, Retention Marketing, Head of Product Marketing, Marketing Consultant, and Marketing Manager. In these roles, they successfully implemented strategies to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and successful product launches.
Hayley Ward completed a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from Birmingham City University from 1991 to 1993. Following this, from 1993 to 1994, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, including Marketing, at Nottingham Trent University (via Suffolk College). Additionally, Hayley Ward also took an IDM Course at some point.
