Marketing Manager, Client Programs at Crucial Learning

Christa Woodall has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and communications fields since 2009. Christa began their career at Maples Communications as an Account Executive and Digital Communications Strategist in 2008. From 2009 to 2014 they worked as a Marketing Writer at Xactware, Media Relations Chair (Volunteer) at the Orange County Mormon Choral Organization, Blogger for j. the Jewish news weekly of Northern California, and Marketing Director and Publicist for Waffle Street. In 2014 they took on the role of Awareness Marketing Manager at AtTask, Inc. and in 2015 they became the Owner and Chocolatier of Christa's Chocolates. In 2016 they became a Content Writer at Younique Products and in 2021 they began their current role as Marketing Manager, Client Programs at Crucial Learning. In this role they strategize and executes high-value programs and campaigns for Crucial Learning's certified trainer community to engage trainers in experiential, educational, and advocacy activities. Christa has helped to more than double participation in their recognition program, increase engagement in their social media communities, and improve the client experience for their trainer onboarding and Fast Track programs.

Christa Woodall attended Crescenta Valley High School from 1996 to 2000. Christa then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Communications (journalism emphasis) and American Studies from Brigham Young University in 2004. In 2021, they obtained a Crucial Conversations Course Graduate certification from Crucial Learning in April and a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer certification from Crucial Learning in May. In 2022, they obtained a Getting Things Done (GTD) Certified Trainer certification from Crucial Learning in July.
