Heather Trout

Heather Trout began their career at MissionSide in 2019 as a Trainer. In 2020, they moved to Crucial Learning where they have held the positions of Manager of Virtual Training Production, Supervisor of Virtual Training Production, and Lead of Virtual Training Production.

Heather Trout attended Bryant & Stratton College - Syracuse North from 2017 to 2018, where they earned an Associate's degree in Medical Insurance Coding Specialist/Coder.
