Nancy deGrazia LoCascio has over 20 years of professional experience in sales, client experiences, and corporate training. In 2017, they began working as the Director of Sales at Crucial Learning, where they were later promoted to Senior Client Advisor. In this role, their territory expanded from NY/NJ to include the entire Northeast and Eastern Canada, and they grew the portfolio from an initial value of $200k to $1.5 million within two years. Prior to this, Nancy was the Vice President, Client Experiences, Speaker & Coach at the David Allen Company from 2013-2017. In this role, they combined sales and delivery with expertise in workflow productivity and the GettingThings Done® methodology. Nancy also partnered with clients on both speaking engagements and executive coaching assignments. Before this, Nancy worked as a Corporate Training Consultant from 1998-2013. In this role, they were an organized, proactive, detail-oriented and polished corporate educator with a passion for learning and development. Nancy was also a clear, persuasive, engaging, and compelling communicator and public speaker.

Nancy deGrazia LoCascio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, with a concentration in Health and Medicine. Nancy is also certified as a GTD® Level 1: Fundamentals Trainer, GTD® Level 2: Projects & Priorities Trainer, GTD® Certified Workflow Coach, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and The Great Workplace Certified Trainer.
