Spencer Bagley

Spencer Bagley has held various positions since 2006. Spencer began their career as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Sorensen Sand & Gravel in 2006. Spencer then worked as a Framer at Harper and Company Inc from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked as a Mason at Patco Masonry from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Ancestry in various roles. Spencer first served as a Business Analyst, building reporting and data visualizations using SQL and Tableau, performing ad-hock analysis, and assisting with long-term forecasting in a contact center environment. Spencer also managed a team of 15 Customer Solutions Associates in the role of Team Lead during a period of high seasonal volume, and provided quality assurance for Ancestry's phone, email, and social media contacts. Spencer then moved to Crucial Learning in 2019, where they currently serve as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, they create visualizations and automated reporting using Domo and Salesforce to assist Leadership and the Sales Team in making informed business decisions. Spencer also serves as a Salesforce Admin, managing High Velocity Sales, automating processes to improve efficiency and reporting, and building and managing new process builders, flows, and workflows.

Spencer Bagley attended Utah Valley University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. In September 2018, they also obtained a certification in Learning SQL Server 2017 from LinkedIn.
