Tamara Kerr has over 25 years of experience in the Learning & Organizational Development field. Tamara began their career in 1991 as a Financial Advisor for CIBC. Over the next 11 years, they advanced to roles such as Regional Manager of Learning & Employee Investment, Associate Director of Learning & Organizational Development, and Vice President of Organizational Development for TriOpus Group. In 2011, they became the Executive Director of Shared Visions Inc. and in 2017, they began their current role as Regional Director and Senior Advisor for Crucial Learning, representing VitalSmarts in Central Canada. In this role, they provide organizational development consulting, sales, marketing, relationship management, and premier delivery of VitalSmarts programs. Tamara is a Master Trainer of "Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High", a methodology designed to deliver the skills necessary to effectively deal with difficult conversations, subject matters, differing personalities, and to increase influence by strengthening relationships.

Tamara Kerr began their educational pursuits in 1989 when they attended Saskatchewan Polytechnic and earned a diploma in Business Administration. In 1992, they attended the Canadian Securities Institute and completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course and Canadian Securities Course. In 1994, they completed the Chartered Financial Planner Program at The Canadian Institute of Financial Planning. From 1997 to 1998, they attended St. Francis Xavier University and completed the Adult Education Diploma Program. Finally, in 2001, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from the University of Regina.
