Russell Parker-Easton

Russell Parker-Easton is an experienced Compliance Manager specializing in sustainable business programmes, currently employed at Cruelty Free International since July 2019. In this role, Russell manages a compliance team and oversees the recruitment and training of new Compliance Officers. Previously, Russell served as a Compliance Officer and Licensing Assistant, where Russell coordinated the Leaping Bunny independent audit process and significantly increased the number of approved companies seeking Leaping Bunny certification. Prior experience includes a role as Product Compliance Coordinator at Primark, where Russell led the Leaping Bunny application project and established a supplier audit programme, as well as a position as Quality Administrator responsible for health and beauty product approvals.
