Doug M.

Doug M. has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, having served as a Travel Concierge at Cruise Planners Palm Springs from April 2016 to March 2019. Prior to that role, Doug worked as Rides Operations Manager at Lakeside Amusement Park from March 2003 until December 2015. Doug also held a Senior Manager position at Avaya from 1994 to 2001 before retiring. Academically, Doug holds a Master's degree in Technical Communication from Colorado State University, a B.A. in Business Administration from Carroll University, and a high school diploma from the University of Chicago, complemented by foundational education at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.
