Previously, Ameer held key positions at SHIELDS Reinsurance Brokers as a Senior Broker, and at Ace Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. as Unit Head - Reinsurance and Senior Account Executive. Ameer began a career in underwriting at Bahrain National Insurance and Arabia Insurance Co. S.A.L., progressing from Assistant Underwriter to Underwriter - Marine. Ameer holds a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Calicut.
