Lana Rifaat

Lana Rifaat serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Cruise Saudi since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in talent sourcing and research from previous roles at Nahdi Medical Co. and Amrop Saudi Arabia, where positions included Talent Sourcing Senior Specialist and Senior Researcher, respectively. Additionally, Lana has experience in procurement as an Assistant Buyer at Sabine Boutique and gained foundational skills in finance as an intern at SAL Specialized Contracting. Lana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from King's College London, as well as a Diploma in Humanities & Social Sciences from the same institution.
