Lulwah Alotaibi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Cruise Saudi since April 2021, Lulwah leads recruitment and HR initiatives to support the organization fully owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Royal Commission for Makkah City & Holy Sites, Associate Advisor at Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship, and Talent Acquisition Manager positions at Emaar, Alsafwa Cement Company, and AECOM. Lulwah began the career as a Recruitment Specialist at BT Applied Technology and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from King Abdulaziz University.
