Arul Ramalingam

Arul Ramalingam is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Sr. Director of Compute & Networking at Cruise since January 2019, leading a team focused on architecture and system design for autonomous vehicle components. Prior to this, Arul held several roles at Arista Networks, Inc., including Hardware Engineer/Team Lead, contributing to the development of high-end data center switches and routers. Arul's career also includes positions at Cisco Systems, Tellabs Inc, Alcatel-Lucent, Wipro Technologies, and Changepond Technologies, where responsibilities ranged from hardware design to project leadership on complex telecommunications and networking products. Arul graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Bharathidasan University.
