Sean Kennair

Sean Kennair is a seasoned professional with a background in psychology and extensive experience in education, research, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Researcher at Cruit AS since August 2022, Sean specializes in recruitment processes, particularly in sourcing IT specialists and key personnel for knowledge organizations across Norway. Previous roles include a Teaching Assistant and Student Representative at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where responsibilities included supporting students and participating in recruitment activities. Sean's experience also encompasses work as a Special Needs Assistant at Jakobsli Skole and a Data Research Analyst at BehaviorLab, in addition to serving as a Restaurant Server at Jimi's Diner.
