Kelly Monhoff-Croman

Kelly Monhoff-Croman began their career in 1998 as an Office Representative at Bill Squire - State Farm Insurance Agent before moving on to work as a Producer at Rogers & Young Ins Services, focusing on commercial insurance. In 2009, they joined Crum & Forster as a Marketing Manager, eventually advancing to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2016. Throughout their roles, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, and fostering strong client relationships. In addition, they also worked as a Notary Public, offering traveling notary services from 1999 to 2010.

Kelly Monhoff-Croman completed their high school education in 1988, receiving a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Calistoga High. Kelly then pursued an Associate's Degree in Business Administration - Accounting from Heald College School of Business in 1998. Kelly continued their education at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2001 to 2003, completing transfer credits in Business Administration and Management. Kelly later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Wine Business Strategies from Sonoma State University in 2006. Currently, Kelly is pursuing an A.S. in Enology at Santa Rosa Junior College, expected to be completed in 2020.
