Les Hermitt

Les Hermitt is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology and digital transformation, spanning over 25 years in the P&C and Fintech industries. Currently serving as President of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Millennial Specialty Insurance, Les has advanced from leading Enterprise Architecture to overseeing various IT functions and defining technology roadmaps. Previously, as Chief Digital Officer at Crum & Forster, Les contributed to significant technological advancements in commercial lines and played a pivotal role in establishing the Digital Partners division. Additionally, Les has held leadership positions at QBE North America, where transformative strategies were implemented for Personal Insurance, and at other organizations including N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Wipro Technologies, Wells Real Estate Funds, and Ochsner Health Plan. Les holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University.
