Ralph Tookey

Ralph Tookey is an experienced Configuration Manager with a career spanning several roles in software and application management. Currently, Ralph has been serving as Configuration Manager at Crum & Forster since October 2009. Prior to this, Ralph held the position of Application Manager at Capgemini, where responsibilities included leading an off-shore Software Configuration Management team and an application administration team. At IBM Global Services, Ralph contributed as Software Configuration Manager, supporting over 12 applications. Ralph's earlier experience includes various consulting assignments in Software Configuration Management and Technical Support at Ajilon. Ralph's educational background includes a degree from DePauw University, attended from 1970 to 1974.
