Liz Thorne

Liz Thorne has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Liz started in 1993 at Crump Life Insurance Services as Vice President of Shared Services. In this role, they oversaw various operations within the organization. Liz then transitioned to Director of the Document Management Team, where they developed more efficient workflows for application entry and policy issue processes. Liz managed outsourced teams in India to support the organization's processing needs. Additionally, Liz worked as a Team Leader at Crump Insurance, leading associates and collaborating with life insurance agents to resolve issues. Liz also tracked daily metrics and served as an operations backup for the Salt Lake City office. Liz'swork at Crump Insurance lasted until 2009.

Liz Thorne attended Salt Lake Community College from 1991 to 1995, studying Business Management. Liz has also obtained certifications in ALMI and ACS.
