Lauren Schaech

Lauren Schaech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Currently serving as a Program Developer at Everfit.io since January 2024, Lauren has also held significant roles at Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC as Group Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer since June 2021, and previously as Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from October 2019 to August 2021.
