Bruce Harris has had a long and successful career in the food industry. Bruce began in 2000 as a Microbiology Laboratory Manager at Reser's Fine Foods, where they managed all aspects and operations of a food microbiology laboratory. In 2007, they moved to Calbee North America, LLC. as Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed all aspects of the quality and food safety programs for a USDA facility, created all of the quality and food safety programs, and created the HACCP plan. In 2015, they became Quality Assurance Manager at Taylor Farms Northwest, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the quality assurance and food safety programs for a SQF level 2 certified and USDA inspected plant. In 2016, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Oregon Potato Company, where they managed all aspects the quality assurance and food safety programs for a dehydrated potato products manufacturer, represented the company during third party audits, and resolved customer complaints. Finally, in 2017, they became Director of Quality and Food Safety at Crunch Pak.
Bruce Harris attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology, General.
