Chad Zimmerman

Chad Zimmerman has worked in Human Resources since 2000, starting at Lamb Weston as the Director of Human Resources Labor Relations. In this role, they were responsible for providing direction and oversight for all aspects of people, culture, and workforce planning. Later, they became the Regional Manager Human Resources for the Quincy, WA manufacturing facility, where they were responsible for the day to day Human Resource responsibilities for 400 hourly union and 60 salaried employees and 7 direct reports. In 2022, they joined Crunch Pak as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Chad Zimmerman's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Central Washington University, which they obtained in 2000 after studying Business Administration and Management, General. Chad also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) from Skagit Valley College, which they obtained in 1996 after studying General. Chad has also earned several certifications from LinkedIn, including Leadership Blind Spots and Project Management Simplified (both obtained in March 2019), Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict (obtained in January 2019), and Gaining Skills with LinkedIn Learning (obtained in August 2018).
