Ally Davidson is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Currently serving as a NGSS Curriculum Writer at CrunchLabs since June 2025, Ally previously worked at ETS as a Group Scoring Leader from March 2016 to October 2025, managing teams for scoring standardized assessments in science and writing. Additional roles include Digital Curriculum Developer at Kesler Science, and Curriculum Developer at Great Minds, where Ally contributed to the development of NGSS-aligned K-8 science curriculum and interactive simulations. Prior experience includes teaching science and STEM at Deer Valley Unified School District and Tonopah Valley High School, as well as content testing at Legends of Learning. Ally holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Science Teaching from Northern Arizona University.
