Hilde van Helsdingen MSc

Hilde van Helsdingen MSc has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and consulting psychology. Hilde is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Crunchr. Prior to this, they worked at Cappfinity where they held several roles including Client Success Director, Senior Client Success Manager, and Client Success Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for the delivery and management of client projects, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting KPIs. Hilde also worked as a Consulting Psychologist and Assessment Centre Manager/Associate at Cappfinity. Before joining Cappfinity, Hilde worked as an Occupational Psychologist at Aob Compaz and as a Junior Consultant at Dilemmamanager. Hilde started their career as a Junior Recruiter at Choix-recruitment. Throughout their career, Hilde has demonstrated their skills in project management, client relationship management, and assessment and development.

Hilde van Helsdingen MSc began their education at Agnieten College Meander in Zwolle from 1998 to 2004, where they completed their Pre-university secondary education/A-levels with a focus on Culture & Society. Hilde then attended Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen from 2005 to 2009, earning their Bachelor of Human Resources (BSc.) in Human Resource Management.

Afterwards, Hilde pursued their interest in psychology at the University of Groningen, where they obtained their Premaster of Psychology from 2009 to 2011. Hilde then furthered their education at the same university with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Msc Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2011 to 2012.

Additionally, Hilde has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became a Psycholoog NIP from the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen. Subsequently, in 2014, they became a BPS Graduate Member from The British Psychological Society. Finally, in 2015, Hilde obtained certification as a Certified Strength Coach from Cappfinity.
