Deanna Swanson

Deanna Swanson has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Deanna currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Crunchtime. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Moxe. Deanna'sprevious roles include SVP of People Operations at Total Expert, Vice President of Human Resources at INAP, and Vice President of Human Resources at SingleHop. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Chicago Fire Soccer Club and as an HR Generalist at Driehaus Capital Management. Deanna began their career as an Employment Specialist at Jewish Vocational Service.

Deanna Swanson holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science & Public Administration from Augustana College, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Deanna Swanson has also acquired additional certifications, including Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn in 2022 and a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance in 2019.
