María Fernanda Díaz

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and work as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
