Scott Henderson - Crunchy Carrots

Scott Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott started their career as an Apprentice Carpenter and Joiner at Murdoch Smith in 1992, where they developed valuable skills and learned the importance of work ethic and teamwork.

In 1997, Scott joined Devro PLC as a Research and Development professional. Scott worked in this role until 2004, contributing to the company's innovation and development.

From 2004 to 2013, Scott served as the Director and Part-Owner of Xtreme Karting, Scotland's leading karting and activity center. Under their leadership, both branches achieved a 5-star grading from Visit Scotland.

In 2014, Scott founded Hopi Energy, focused on bringing benefits to communities through renewable energy projects. Scott led the organization until 2016, with the aim of promoting sustainability and supporting local and national charities.

Scott then took on the role of Director at Findlays, a food and coffee establishment based in the Falkirk Business Hub. Scott successfully managed the operation from 2015 to 2018, consistently receiving positive feedback for the quality of food and service.

In 2016, Scott became a Todhill Wind Farm Panel Member, contributing their expertise and insights to the organization.

Scott's most recent position was as the Director of Falkirk Towns Ltd, a subsidiary of the Falkirk Business Improvement District. Scott held this role from 2017 to 2019, working towards the enhancement and development of Falkirk's town center.

Currently, Scott is working as the Director of Client Services at Crunchy Carrots, a Digital Media company. In this role, they collaborate with clients to boost their market presence and oversees various services such as social media management, website development, SEO, and customer service. Scott is highly regarded as a skilled negotiator and adept communicator, capable of bringing out the best in their team.
