Brian Choi

Brian Choi began their work experience as a Summer Associate at LeClairRyan in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Research Fellow at the North Carolina Center for Banking and Finance before transitioning to BAGCHI LAW as an Attorney. From 2013 to 2018, Choi worked at Square 1 Bank, starting as a Lending Transactions Counsel and later becoming an Assistant General Counsel. Following that, they joined Neptune Financial Inc. as the Director of Legal & Compliance from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, Choi worked at Snapdocs as a Product & Regulatory Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Product Counsel at Crunchyroll and will serve as the Vice President of Product Counsel starting in June 2023.

Brian Choi has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
