Elaine Ngo

Elaine Ngo currently serves as the Senior Director of Site Experience at Crunchyroll since September 2023. With a diverse background in ecommerce and account management, Elaine has held significant leadership roles at Hot Topic, where tenure spanned from November 2015 to August 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Site Merchandising and Operations. Prior experience includes roles at The W Group Corp., Spicely Organics, iServiceSoft, and Bank of America. In addition to professional experience, Elaine has been an Account Manager at Blue Dragon Taekwondo Academy since January 2010, responsible for reconciling accounts receivables and managing student records. Elaine holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 2009.
