Emily Rust (She/Her)

Emily Rust has extensive experience in the field of global mobility and talent mobility program management. Emily is currently working as a Global Mobility Program Manager at Crunchyroll since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Program Manager for Talent Mobility at Nordstrom from January 2021 to April 2023. Emily also worked as a Global Mobility Partner at Zulily from June 2016 to January 2021, where they oversaw the zulily/QRG Immigration Program and managed all US and global work authorization cases. Before that, they held roles at Microsoft, including Business Operations Specialist from September 2013 to January 2016, where they supported the Immigration/Onboarding Program Manager and managed various programs and processes related to immigration and recruitment. Emily also worked as an Operations Consultant at Microsoft from July 2012 to September 2013. Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated expertise in immigration policies, procedures, and partnerships, as well as managing budgets and complex immigration matters for employees.

Emily Rust attended Seattle Pacific University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
