Janishia Jones

Janishia Jones is an experienced professional in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as a Product Manager for Content Accounting Title Rights & Royalties at Crunchyroll since March 2025. In addition, Janishia has been the Chief Executive Officer of ENCORE Music Tech Solutions since November 2022, a company that provides a comprehensive rights management suite designed for creators and music companies. Previous positions include Director of Systems Integration & Operations and Senior Royalties Manager at EMPIRE from July 2020 to June 2023, Royalty Supervisor at Nigro Karlin Segal Feldstein & Bolno for the first half of 2020, and Manager of Synch Income Tracking at Kobalt Music from May 2016 to December 2019. Janishia holds a Master of Science in Entertainment Business and a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, both from Full Sail University.
