Kenneth Williams

Kenneth Williams has extensive experience in the legal industry, particularly in the video game and technology sectors. Kenneth is currently serving as the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Crunchyroll, where they oversee and directs all legal matters for Crunchyroll Games. Prior to this, Kenneth was an Attorney at FLEX by Fenwick, providing legal services to Ellation/Crunchyroll on a contract basis. Kenneth also worked at Williams Law Office as an Attorney/General Counsel, specializing in providing legal services to video game and tech companies, including drafting and negotiating intellectual property licensing and software development agreements. Kenneth also served as the General Counsel/COO at Bee Cave Games, where they directed all legal and business affairs, raising over $15 million in financing and drafting and negotiating various agreements. Earlier in their career, Kenneth worked at Williams Media Law/Williams & Fletcher as a Partner/Video Game Attorney, providing legal services to social and mobile game companies, and at Flagship Studios Inc./Ping0 LLC as the General Counsel/COO, leading internal and external counsel and advising on licensing, marketing, and employment agreements.
