Kristine Don

Kristine Don has a diverse work experience across various industries. Kristine started their professional journey as an Assistant Daycare Teacher at Bonnie's Child Care Home in 2014. Kristine then worked as an Academic Tutor for high school students, providing guidance on college applications and offering detailed critiques on essays. In 2014, they joined The University of Chicago as a Lecture & Laboratory Teaching Assistant, teaching biology classes and conducting review sessions for students.

In 2016, Kristine ventured into the writing field and worked as a Content Writer for Myspace, creating engaging content for the platform. Kristine then joined Top5.com as a Content Writer, further enhancing their writing skills. In 2015, they became a Contributor Writer and later a Culture Executive Editor at ComicsVerse, gaining experience in editorial roles and writing for an online publication.

In 2016, Kristine took on the role of Editor and Content Manager at SmartyPants Vitamins, where they managed regulatory affairs, ensured compliance with regulations, and created and maintained regulatory databases. Kristine also worked as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, focusing on quality assurance and document management.

In 2020, Kristine explored the field of research and development as a Research Development Consultant at Simply Natural, contributing to product research and development efforts.

Currently, Kristine is employed at Crunchyroll, starting as an Associate Manager, International Editorial Programming in 2020. Kristine was then promoted to Manager, International Editorial (News & Programming) in 2021. Kristine'scurrent role is Senior Manager, International Editorial, where they oversee the day-to-day operations of a global editorial team and strategizes for the future.

Throughout their career, Kristine has acquired various skills, including technical writing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. Kristine is proficient in tools such as G Suite, Trello, Slack, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Kristine Don obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Chicago, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in "GDPR - In a Nutshell" from Udemy in September 2020 and "PH278.Ax: The Health Effects of Climate Change" from edX in July 2020.
