Currently serving as Senior Director of Creative for Global Collectibles at Crunchyroll, Rachel oversees a team of 21 and focuses on developing cohesive strategies that resonate across diverse markets. Previously, Rachel held creative leadership roles including Creative Director for major anime projects such as My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer, and led the Print Design Team as Associate Creative Director. Additionally, Rachel runs Rachel Mpala LLC, offering career coaching for women seeking professional fulfillment. Rachel's background also includes establishing the first packaging department at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING and various packaging design roles at several companies, supported by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Texas Tech University.
