Tiffany Chen has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Tiffany started their career in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at Brandyl, where they conducted research and helped develop online social games. In 2011, they worked at IGN Entertainment in eSports events and logistics planning. From 2007 to 2012, Tiffany worked as a Technology Blog Writer at Red Orbit, where they wrote about technology news and video game industry trends. Tiffany also personally tested and reviewed numerous video games. In 2010, they worked as an Academic Services Assistant at UC Berkeley, assisting residents with computer software and creating marketing campaigns. Tiffany joined FanimeCon in 2004 as a Registration Staff member, where they managed the registration process and increased attendance through advertising and technical support. Lastly, they worked at Animation on Display in 2012 as a Guest Relations staff member, responsible for assisting guest speakers and managing conference logistics. Since 2012, Tiffany has been at Crunchyroll, starting as a Brand Manager and progressing to Senior Manager and eventually Director of Brand Management.

Tiffany Chen started their education journey in 2007 at the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Japanese. Tiffany successfully completed their undergraduate studies in this field in 2011. Simultaneously, they also enrolled in the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on Business Administration and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
