Jones has extensive experience in the fire, water, and smoke damage restoration industry, having worked in various managerial roles since 2001. Currently serving as General Manager and Operations Manager at CRUSA - Construction & Restoration Solutions, they previously held positions such as Standard Loss Division Manager at Bryant Hartke Construction and Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati. Prior to that, they served as Production Manager at Servpro and Manager at Barnhizer & Associates, Inc.
