Michelle Massetti

Michelle Massetti, MAOL, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Crusader Community Health since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple positions at Milestone, Inc. from October 2018 to July 2023, including Human Resources Development Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Recruiter. Earlier experience includes serving as a Unit Specialist at Rosecrance for a short period in 2018 and as an Intern at YMCA of Rock River Valley, Inc. from June 2017 to May 2018. Michelle began their professional journey at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where roles included Building Manager and Operations Program Assistant from December 2014 to May 2018. Michelle earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Judson University between 2018 and 2020 and holds a degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2018.
