Anne Barnes

Anne Barnes is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in support roles and education. Currently a Project Assistant at Forward Carers since May 2019, Anne also serves as a Bereavement Support Volunteer for Cruse Bereavement Support and a Carer Ambassador for Carers UK. Previous positions include Coordinator for Face2Face Birmingham and Charity Trustee for Link-Upp Birmingham. Anne's career in education spanned over a decade as a Primary School Teacher with Birmingham City Council, where management responsibilities included oversight of Science and Assessment. Anne holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Trent Polytechnic and completed secondary education at The Arthur Terry School.
