Calum Kinsella is an experienced professional in helpline operations and community fundraising. Currently serving as the Helpline Operations Project Coordinator and Helpline Team Leader at Cruse Bereavement Care since April 2020, Calum is responsible for the management of a national helpline, overseeing shift operations and handling customer inquiries. Prior experience includes roles at VSO from September 2016 to April 2020, where Calum progressed from Supporter Care Coordinator to Senior Community Fundraising Coordinator, managing teams and fundraising initiatives. Calum also contributed to Comic Relief as a Contact Center Agent during the Sport Relief campaign in early 2016 and served as a Student Ambassador and Caller at the University of Sheffield while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from 2012 to 2015.
