Meghan Henry

Meghan Henry is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in premises liability, products liability, trucking and transportation, sexual abuse and assault, and catastrophic construction injuries across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP since November 2023, Meghan also hosts the Claims Never Sleep Podcast, which explores industry trends in claims and litigation. Prior roles included hosting The Defense Never Rests podcast and serving as a Partner and Senior Attorney at Morgan & Akins, PLLC from September 2016 to October 2023. Meghan's legal career began with positions at Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd., and Bennett, Bricklin and Saltzburg. Educationally, Meghan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in Psychology and Math from Georgetown University.
