Jamie is an operations executive focused on corporate infrastructure, culture, governance, and organizational excellence with more than 25 years of professional management experience. McGrath served as COO & Co-Founder of 365 Main, a national private REIT data center company. In addition to leading the company’s mission-critical operations he led design, renovation and construction of more than 1-million square feet of complex data center development projects while maintaining critical uptime for active customers. 365 Main grew to be one of the top data center companies in the country which was ultimately sold to Digital Realty Trust in 2010 for $725 million during 365’s REIT public offering process. Again in 2014, McGrath helped launch 365 for its second time, orchestrating the carve out acquisition of 16 data centers from publicly traded Equinix and successfully selling the portfolio in 2017. Prior to his success at 365 Main, McGrath’s held successful management positions with AboveNet communications where he managed the deployment of $1.1b in data center development, Opus Corporation, and The Clark Construction Group. McGrath holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He is also a California licensed General Contractor.
