Kevin Kraus

Kevin Kraus is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Crusoe since March 2024, Kevin has previously held positions such as Project Manager at The Hanover Company and Gables Residential, where responsibilities included overseeing large luxury apartment projects and managing various aspects of construction, such as contract negotiations, budget management, and schedule planning. Earlier in Kevin's career, roles at Turner Construction Company included Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Engineer and Assistant Project Engineer, where expertise in subcontractor management and MEP systems was developed. Kevin holds Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial & Systems Engineering from East Carolina University.
