Karolina Jarczyk is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Beginning with an internship at Grupa TAURON, Karolina progressed to roles such as HR Manager at skyrise.tech and People & Culture Partner at Ragnarson and CrustLab. Responsibilities included developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from universities in Poland, complemented by postgraduate degrees in HR Business Partner and Employer Branding. Currently, Karolina holds the position of Head of People at CrustLab.
