Allen Kramer

Allen Kramer is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Crux since January 2023, a company focused on enhancing sustainable finance. Prior to this, Allen was Co-Founder and President of Mobilize, which was acquired by EveryAction in 2020. Allen's investing and advisory experience includes significant roles with various startups, such as Imperfect Foods and Beam Impact. Allen has previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included M&A diligence and growth strategy for technology companies. Earlier career highlights feature roles at Hillary for America, Assured Labor, and The Grameen Creative Lab. Allen holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
