With a Ph.D. in Cellular Biology and Pathophysiology, their expertise lies in gastric inflammation, cancer, and microbiology. During their tenure as a Ph.D. student at INSERM, Jonathan investigated the role of mesenchymal stem cells in gastric cancer initiation. Additionally, Jonathan worked as an independent consultant developing assays related to bacterial infection and food pathogen detection.
